It possible to change Spotify music in game?

Hey all, I'm new to Spotify and am using the Windows 10 app. Just wondering if when i'm in game with Steam is there any way to pause/go forward/back without having to alt tab and interact with the app itself?

Ahh I had read online just now that that's the way to do it. My keyboard doesn't have those unfortunately :/

You can use the app on your phone and connect it with your PC, but you probably aren't going to do that
