It has thousands of them and they dont require too much effort to do.
There's tons of shovelware games on Steam that have thousands of achievements for no other reason than to boost numbers.
Most of the achievements are just silly little things you can perform while playing, such as knocking yourself out with a door. I put 6 hours into the game (completed the story), and did 86% of the achievement.
I had fun getting them as well, because again, it's a lot of humorous tasks.
