Richard Horvitz - Zim from Invader Zim, Billy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Daggett from The Angry Beavers
Mel Blanc - The voice of almost every classic Loony Toons character, and other chracters from golden age of cartoons.
Mark Hamill - Hands down still the best Joker voice actor I've ever heard.
Jess Harnell
Tress MacNeille
I love those 3. Mainly for their work on Animaniacs.
Kari Wahlgren (Ashe from Final Fantasy XII, Shelke from Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus)
Quinton Flynn (Raiden from Metal Gear series, Axel from Kingdom Hearts 2)
Frank Welker (Megatron and Soundwave from Transformers)
MUNNEEEEE!!!
“Bridget Hoffman” was one of the first voice actors that I heard and got totally hooked on since. From her dub voicing Belldandy (“Ah! My Goddess: The Movie”) and several other roles.
“Kira Vincent-Davis”, ADV Films had a wide plethora of notable voice actors working for them. Monica Rial, Lucy Christian, Hillary Haag, Tiffany Grant, et al. I remember the first anime where I paid particular attention to her voice, “UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie”
“Michelle Ruff”. Two roles, Yuki Nagato from “Haruhi” and Aoi Sakuraba in “Ai Yori Aoshi”. She’s done a lot of work in-between. She also did Rukia from “Bleach”.
And pretty much anyone who voiced a Disney Heroine in an animated feature. Paige O'Hara and Susan Egan are particular faves.
Good Someone mentioned Michael Ironside - voice of Sam Fisher. :P
Also David Bateson voice of Mr. 47
Ron Pearlman
Brandon Keener - has cool voice of Garrus
Liz Sroka
Steven "Trevor Phillips" Ogg
Besides games hmmm...
From Rick and Morty Justin Roiland, Spencer Grammer...
Main characters voices from the Simpsons
Mel Blanc
Peter Weller - "Dead or alive you're coming with me" :)
Although I didn't like Outlast 2 much because of the nonsensicality of the plot and the lack of any kind of good payoff at the end without wishing to spoil, it should be a gaming sin to base a game controlling a character with a reason to keep living, through horrible life and body changing events, and end with an unsatisfactory ending where we don't understand anything and feel like our whole time was essentially wasted, Blake was a sympathetic character who was portrayed as best as a character like him could be.
When doing over-dramatic, torture porn-like violence, the voice acting of the one on the receiving end of abuse has to be well executed, or it falls flat, and he does a very convincing job throughout the game. Not just in the lines where he's being brutalized, but in the madness, the whimpering, the way he yells out for Lynn or at attackers, or the way he describes incidents that he's recorded. Voice actor deserves props for his performance, as it's basically what carries the entire game.
