Should the term 'repetitive' affect the game quality?
I noticed most review this day, say this X is good but it's repetitive for it's game play.
But isn't all games are just repetitive as well?

If you notice that it's getting repetitive, it's a strike against it.

If it's repetitive but you don't notice, it's good.

Most games are repetitive in the sense that they involve repeated actions of some sort, yes. But that's not really what people mean by the word in this context - they mean "the repetition becomes boring/unpleasant/too noticeable". Don't use the word if it doesn't feel right for you, of course.
Every single game has some repetition to an extent; games are essentially tests to a player who's eager to play them. Also, subjectivity would decide how a players look upon a game, but that doesn't mean that most players would solely focus on their side of preference; most players will always have objective reasons to support their subjective thoughts on the game. Now, in the quality of repetition in a game, it could be objectively repetitive (i.e. unnecessary grinding to progress), or it could be subjectively repetitive (i.e. a player's thoughts on Call of Duty and its repetitive nature).

Well, no. It should just be a general adjective for a game. Pretty much every RPG is repetitive, but that's part of the genre's style.
Some people like repetitiveness, others don't.

That being said, it's a feature that can be implemented badly just like any other feature.

I'm a Dota 2 player and I'd say ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idk why I like to play Dota 2
I hate repetitive games
but Dota 2 is one of them but I like playing it
My brain hurts from thinking the reason why

The outcomes would never be 100% same as I used to have, even though I've played for nearly 4000 hours

Most grindingly repetitive game that I have and enjoy is No Man's Sky. However I was burnt out half way through Horizon Zero Dawn due to repetitive game play/world which was in a sense far way less repetitive than NMS. I suppose it depends upon what type the repetition it is at the end of the day that effects my fun factor.

Most competitive games have repetitiveness.

CS:GO is one that you can consider.

That hints that most FPS games have repetitiveness.

The game-play elements may ascertain monotonous activity.

That is fun for some and if you don't like that, you get bored.

The whole concept of games by themselves is repetitive action.

Even some Open-world games can be repetitive.
