24 dba is very quiet, I struggle to hear that low due to my tinnitus.

a lot of very quiet pc fans are around 24 dba and you can barely notice the sound of them.

Yep, thats why i wanted to knoe hoe loud. The pc 3 case fans i ordered are 24 dba

A 24 dBA fan is slightly less loud than a whisper - if this is directly what you're inquiring about.

We can perceive pitch in whispered speech, although fundamental frequency (F0) does not exist physically or phonetically due to the lack of vocal-fold vibration.

Thus, whispers aren't as loud as most vocal noises.

That should give you an idea on what the sound can be perceived as.

Now, if you have a mechanical drive (HDD), you'd probably hear it - due to the moving parts.

It becomes A LOT more audible with a 24 dBA fan.

With an SSD, it's a different ball-game; since they're not mechanical drives.

Some SDD's tend to emit an audible sound when the system is under lower usage.

This is somewhat audible.

Yep, thats why i wanted to knoe hoe loud. The pc 3 case fans i ordered are 24 dba

they are very quiet fans then so you should have no worries.
