RDR2: Voices too quiet ingame
Is anyone else having issues with the voices being incredibly quiet in Red Dead Redemption 2? My audio is set to TV, and I have dialogue balance turned up to max, but the voices are really difficult to hear, even when the character is nearby.

Nope, its available only on PS4 & Xbox One (yet).

But support might be able to help him:

BTW the sound incl. the voices are great here. Might be a setup issue (console or TV)?

Lower the music and maybe master volume of the game. Check it in volume options.
I always do highlights voices in-game. I doesn’t want hear them mumbling.

Is the console/game/TV set to 5.1 or surround sound? That tends to divert voice to the center speaker and if you don't have one...

It's not quiet, it's realistic.

I meant elsewhere not on Steam.

consoles in general are far behind when it comes to online features , its even more funny when you think about the fact the players also have to pay for that inferior online

anyway , consoles have abyssmal forums , your best bet is to go into some xbox achievement board or subreddit and hope for the best

thats also the reason i never really had many friends on console, at best you could spam others in an online match with friend invites , but that obviously didnt work for single player games

Fixed.
I tried to tune the audio with switching dynamics->headphones back and forth. Then I found out my 5.1 audio settings were scaled to zero because of Realtek soft update, so I set up it one more time. Dialogs in cinematic are ok now.
(I also switched from vulkan to directx. Donno maybe this is important)
