Universe SandBox 2 Game
The Physics and Reactions shown the game according to what way we want to destroy the Earth or universe. Do you guys think its accurate enough what science has discovered about universe? Uptil now

Im not really sure what youre asking, but if its if i think the game is a realistic representation of real life then the answer is no. The game does have a lot of really cool things you can do in it but no game made today can accurately copy what life is like in the real world.

I agree. And it'll do some very inaccurate and unrealistic things, especially with bodies of similar size. It's full of amazing explosions, but it's not really that realistic.

A fun toy rather than an accurate simulation of the universe.

So its not actually bases on real physics at all?

That's the whole problem. It's *based* on real physics. But our knowledge of physics is changing all the time. And there's a limit on what you can simulate using a normal desktop computer.

Universe Sandbox 2 uses Newtonian physics, rather than general relativity. Newtonian physics just requires n-body mechanics, so it is much easier to implement.

And which means by extention it's not realistic at all. Thanks for the post; I didn't realize it was based on such an obsolete model.

Newtonian Physics are easy to impliment solely because they're so unrealistic. They completely ignore very important factors, such as the butterfly effect. It makes it possible to simulate things like gravity in a video game without a lot of processing power, but it won't ever be an accurate simulation.

Newtonian models were mostly abandoned in the 1950s and 60s after Chaos Theory torpedoed the concept. Chaos Theory and the Butterfly Effect make Newtonian Physics impossible in any real-world scenario.
