Do you suck, lick or bite the ice cream?

I've got a cavity in the front since 2013 and it was never fixed, with that being said I cannot bite, SO I lick.

i brush my teeth with toothpaste which is supposed to cure it.
i dont eat sweets.
i eat very minor amount of sugar.
i've had sensitive teeth since i can remember.
when ever i go to the dentist, they are confused, because i floss, brush my teeth, dont drink that much soft drink * like a cup a week * etc.
