Well, I like to read and learn different facts but I don't have much education due to a lack of schooling.

If you can read and write, that is a skill as many people can not spell.

Yeah, intelligence depends on the subject. Like what Xero referred to regarding "book smarts" and "street smarts". I've met some really intelligent people before, but because they lack any and all elements regarding social skills, all their "intelligence" is wasted because they lack the ability to apply it as a skill in the real world.

Also, public schools suck as a scale for intelligence. Especially American schools where grades are determined by one's ability to memorize a series of arbitrary facts that have little application or meaning in the real world. Someone could get straight A's in school and end up unemployed and homeless in the real world, because they lack any marketable or living skills.

I can't write a few paragraphs without a grammar check if I want it to look presentable. I would like to improve on grammar but learning on your own can be tough and adult education can cost a lot of money.

When my emotions are involved, I can miss certain things. I think some people come into your life for a reason and sometimes to teach you something important.
