edit: but it's important you're actually having fun. if you're playing an mmo and you're constantly raging, it's not gonna help. also, video games can help because the word we live in sucks, but that doesn't mean it's an effective way of copying by any means

I find volunteer work more satisfying for my mind.
It doesn't really do anything to one issue, while the other one causes me to become really hyper and too distracted to decide what too play sometimes
