Why is everyone in this forum so depressed and pessimistic?

Don't get me wrong, i don't expect anyone to be some happy, smiling man all the time of course, but i don't expect anyone to be so grumpy about so many things. Am i just too jolly or something?

PS: No offense to folks here who are diagnosed with clinical depression or something similiar to that

Because no1 is going listen to their issues IRL. Some use it as some sort of megaphone and keep it that way. If you would meet most of those, you would end up hearing alot of sad stories probably... or people not being able to talk at all.

I know he changed his name, also had a ban. Hope he's doing well though.

I dont know if this particular person is okay, but not happy at all. But it isnt up to me and with a bit of research you might find that person anyways :)

Yeah,I did a bit of digging. I went bck to that locked Confessions thread and just searched "Tea", seems they're a lot jokier and lighthearted nowadays (not claiming there isn't something up of course), so that's good to sed.

I have no problem with thread locking.
What I hate is when they just straight up delete the thread, so I have these comment notifications that I'll never have the chance to know what it was. Drives me crazy.

It's inevitable in most cases.

OT users like to entertain discussions that are simply not allowed.

The thread gets responses and grows rather quickly.

Some content is straight-up trolling or inappropriate.
