Games similar to Arma or Operation Flashpoint?

Do you know any similar games with a mission editor or at least something like a random mission generator?
I played Arma for long years but the game engine already feels outdated to me. The optimization is not the best and a very basic thing I miss the most in it is realistic weapon reloading. I mean, it tries to be a military simulator, yet when you reload your weapon even if it still has some ammo left, you always do a "full reload" but you should just change the mag and there should be a bullet in your chamber, so instead of 30 bullets you should have 31.
There is a mod for this, but sadly it doesn't work anymore.

ArmA 3, Squad, Insurgency, SWAT 4, also, there are mods like ACE3 to make ArmA 3 as realistic as it should be, or to satisfy what you're mentioning.

Squad and Insurgency are both multiplayer games with no mission editors.
I loved SWAT 4 back in the day, I'm looking forward to Ready Or Not (it looks like what SWAT 5 should be)
