I dunno what my biggest fear is but i fear plenty of things that are common

Being in a coma.

Some time ago I had a dream where I was shot in the head. Soon as I was shot I couldn’t see, couldn’t hear, couldn’t move or breathe and I was stuck like that for about 5-10sec. It was like my mind woke up but my body was still asleep.
I’ve died in dreams before and it’s no biggie but it was like the dream ended and I was stuck in limbo or something. Was kinda scary.

Needles. I really, really dislike needles. I've never refused an injection or when they had to take a blood sample, but I do get completely white and nausea.
It's to the point that if we're watching tv and someone gets an injection in the movie/series, I turn my head away because I feel uncomfortable.

Catching the jigger parasite. It's spread from South America to Africa. It may spread to other continents. There's no cure besides pulling the parasites out, literally. I'm surprised that the media isn't talking about this since this parasite can live in dirt and transmits easily.

My biggest fear is that what we call reality is just a big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. Like we all are being controlled by higher dimensional beings and ♥♥♥♥ like this.

Another one is being a part of a fractal, this infinite self-similiar loop. At the edge of the loop is the discovery that my enitre existence is a joke, this palindromic joke where realizing the joke entails realizing a life lesson that prevents your death and understanding that you're trapped in an infinite concept anyways.

Yeah I know that, matches with my experiences too. Well thats why i'm afraid of it after all. Nothing I can do about it tho so best to not dwell on it too much

^ I'm in the same boat. The Anthropic Principle and quantum theory seems to suggest that we're stuck in a reality of our own making. Who knows.

I'm not sure I understand what's scary about a fractal reality.

I'm pretty thoroughly convinced we live in one, though the simulation is...well, for one thing, our brain simulates for us a larger reality which is being simulated through analog means. The same foundational concepts of an objective reality we are lead to believe in still exist, our perspective on it is just a little bit skewed and not quite accurate. And, also, sometimes strange things that are really difficult to explain happen.
