I remember playing some lackluster spiderman games when I was younger, and the more recent games didn't seem so great either. What's cool 'bout it?
TBH its Arkham games quailty i really liked it, and yeah ive been playing spiderman games since ps2 and damn this is the best spidey ever .
If God of war didnt make you buy a PS4 yet , then you are missing a lot trust me.
Its PS4 exclusive sadly or it would have been fun playing it on pc on 4K .
Well im playing on the normal so far its good but the combat isnt like Arkham games where u just counter and hit back so u need to get used to it .

Why cause i got my kids something they been wanting for 4 or 5 years? Cause their friends all had one since the day they came out my kids had to wait 5 years to get one when they are becoming outdated and they will have to keep it for 7 or 8 years till they can get another one. But couldn't afford till last month. Yup sounds really spoiled. They don't have phones or tablets. All their friends got cell phones and service for them phones. My kids won't get a phone till they are 18 years old. Yup sounds like my kids are really spoiled because i bought them an xbox one with 3 games and won't get anymore till they beat them 100%. I don't think you know what a spoiled kid is. I buy my kids 1 electronic thing and they are spoiled while kids out there at 6 years old got cell phones with service an xbox and a ps4 and motorrized scooters ect. The 60 inch tv was won in a raffle i entered and i didn't have a need for it so i gave it to my kids. Sorry i didn't pitch it and gave it to my kids to use i didn't know that was so bad.
Btw no one asked you now did they. But you had to put your 2 cents in where it wasn't needed just to get a rise out of me. So what i bought my kids one thing that was electronic. What else do kids have to do when they can't play outside when they are sick sit are bored? At least they are not running around and running amuk Also the game room is a spare bedroom that we was using for storage but i cleaned it out to let my kids have a place to play. My first son born in 2003 never had a console. They would play on my pc for a half hour 3 days out of the week and the same rules apply to their console no more then a half hour a week 3 days a week.
But just for you i'll sell their first console ever because you consider them spoiled. When they ask why i'll point them to this thread and show them what you said. I hope you enjoy making a 6 8 and 12 year old cry. The teenager don't really play on it that much as he don't like the E rated games i bought them.

There used to be crappy Batman games once upon a time, then Rocksteady gave us the Arkham Series. While I can understand the feeling that "the older games sucked while would this be different?"
Think to yourself Open World Arkham City, But with Spider-man swinging EVERYWHERE in a VERY accurate Version of NYC. A version that you recognize landmarks froma distance if you know NYC.
Add to that a very intrricate combat system, that uses not just punches and counters, but... where Spider-man can do more than just use his webs to web perps up. He can use them to use parts of the environment to fight the perps. There is stealth mode,.. there are over 25 suits unlockable at launch each with thir own Power, that can be used with any unlocked suit,... there are mods you can apply to your suits that enhance different aspects of combat to customize to your own particular PlayStyle.
I have been playing it since it was released... Midnight Friday,..and I have been ignoring the stor missions, just for the pure enjoyment of swinging all over NYC, and stopping Petty crime.
This is the Spider-man game everyone has been asking for all these years while Activision was giving us mostly garbage, with the occasional good SPidey game tossed in... Spider-man 2, Shattered Dimensions, Web of Shadows. But mostly garbage.
If you have a ps4, Buy and play this game,...if you lack a ps4...Buy a Ps4 to play this game. If you enjoy Superhero themed games, you will enjoy this one.
