How much English first language speakers can speak another language?

Lots of people from not UK, US and other English speaker countries can talk English as well as their language, can first language English people speak a second language? How many?

I speak two more other than my native British (best) English.

I can't speak American or Liverpudlian however, those are beyond my ability to comprehend.

I speak English, know some French, can sing about a disco spider in Spanish, know enough Klingon to not acctually admit it in public, can decipher (but not speak) drunken Glaswegian and know what words should worry a sheep in Welsh.

When it comes to knowing other languages, I've never really been in a position to acctually use one.

I only know basic greetings, hello, goodbye, where is, and numbers. Like I said.... I never use it much to actually be fluent in it.
