Streaming pc/ obs vs xsplit
i have a pc to play my game on and want to start steaming. i want to get a pc to run the steam, Is a i5-4570 going to be powerful to run as a streaming pc.

Plus obs vs xsplit which is better :fsad:

I use OBS Studio (which is also free by the way), and while I don't use it for streaming, I use it for recording, it's still fairly low resource. I have an extremely out of date workstation CPU from 2011 and I can record in 1080p 60fps.

Xsplit on the other hand I haven't used but I think it costs money, maybe? So I would try OBS Studio first.

Again I don't stream, I record. So my bad if your results are completely different for streaming.

EDIT: Oh and my longest recording was about 45 minutes. And it did start getting a little iffy, but I think that's just my trash CPU.
