Two Worlds 2 one sex only three classes, but lots of customization for the body and looks. Lots of gear to dress up in whatever the class.
Kingdoms of Alamur customization and gear was pretty varied in that one.
No Man's Sky not a classical RPG, but a lot of character customization and due a holo projector. The look, race, can be changed at anytime in game at a space station.
