panga filet or swai. is it healthy?

my parents stopped buying it because of it's bad reputation.
but now i read that the bad reputation is caused by outdated information and lies by producers of more expensive fish..

do you eat this fish?

i want to eat more fish, we stopped eating fish because most fish is so frikinn expensive. if we could eat panga that would be nice.
