How hard do you have to punch an apple tree to shake it?

You have a higher chance of piercing it with your fist than to shake it.

for example, lets say that when you hit it you dont pierce your hand/fingers but successfully shake the tree. how much newton force do you need?

With enough force to break your hand, you need pcp strength though.

It needs to be punch at 1850 pounds. Still depends to the size of it's trunk.
