Youtube video help - end screens not showing?

Hi everyone

im wondering if anyone else might have had this issue or knows how to fix it because i dunno if im missing a step here or something important but its annoying the hell out of me.

I started doing videos on youube and ive a section at the end were i can link to my other videos but no matter what i do it wont work....

i go into video manager - end screens and annotations - the video jumps to end section for me to add links - i select add element - video from playlist - move it into possition and do same for subscribe button - click on bar at bottom as to when i want the images to appear and disappear - click preview so i can see how it looks - then click SAVE

now from what i understand thats meant to be it. Yet when i go check on my video on my phone or tablet or other pc then these links DONT show up...the work i just did doesnt show up at all.

if i go back into video manager and select the video it shows the video link etc is still under add element section but when i try to watch the videos normal the end screen links/sub button just isnt appearing.

Its like this on ALL my videos.....have i missed something here?

i did this but even after i do all that and press save it still doesnt seem to appear when i watch the video on another device or anything. at first i thought it was my anti virus program but even then it still doesnt show up on my windows phone or my wifes android phone

have you tried using a different end screen, like the Best for Viewer or Most Recent Upload to see if it works?

yep tried this. even if those didnt work the sub button should still show yet it isnt
