I will reward you , if you can help me find this game

Somehow this things keep bugging me and my curiousity gonna kill me

i don't have much free time to find an old game i want to find long time ago(i try to find this game for 4 hours every day in 1 week and i got tired , my eyes and body can't hold up especially when i have many works).

i already asked r/tipofmyjoystick for this game and it seems nobody can find it

btw i know this is not really related to dota 2 , but to be honest i will be happier if my favourite game somehow make me know the lost game that i forgot.

Here the game specification

Platform : Playstation 1 or 2 (i only own ps1 and ps 2 when i play this game but i don't remember game this console was)

Genre: Japanese RPG / Action-Adventure (the game translated to english)

Estimated year of release: Late 1990s - 2000s (if it was ps 1 i think around late 1990 , if it was ps 2 i think around 2001-2006)

Graphics/art style: Cartoon - 3D

Notable characters: Two main characters: a boy and a girl(around 14-16 years old), both are swordman. The boy having blue hair and the girl having pink hair and both have blue and pink clothes for their theme.

Notable gameplay mechanics: it was interesting, you can change beetwen the boy or the girl(so basically you play 1 characters but can swith them in middle of battle). There are 2 colour enemy, blue and pink, and blue can only be killed by the boy, and pink can only be killed by the girl. it was 3d hack and slash game like shining tears game(with chibi characters) example : http://www.theisozone.com/images/screens/playstation-38865-11319140567.jpg

Story : my memory was vague, from what i remember both main characters the boy and the girl are in a cave and they both adventuring together to get out from that cave, the tutorial then tell you can switch between the boy and girl and facing an enemy like a ball shaped boar(blue and pink) to defeat it with each characters theme(blue and pink).

Memorable mention : to be honest, at that time i was still a brat, english is not my mother languange, so i don't know what they say in english languange. This is only a guess from what i remember from my vague memory as child , basically i think both the girl and boy got somewhat curse that bound and fusion their body. So the boy and girl can switch their appearance while the other locked inside their body. I remember both the boy and girl talking in somewhat soul cores where they talk inside the mind of their body souls. But this is just from what i remember seeing the characters interactions.

I played this game when i was still a brat, i play the game when i was still 10-12 years old(english was not my native languange so it had been lost cause for me remembering the game ), i only know the beginning story of the game but did'nt continue it because my brother keep hogging the console(i asked him do he remember this game , he even forgot we own ps 1 and ps 2, my god). all my ps1-ps2 cd game are being thrown away by my parents so i can't find what game is it. Somewhat i always remembered this game every time i see blue/pink characters especially sword man, haha.

I do big research on this game here are the list of game that have nearly similiar but sadly not the game i want to find :

- Silhoute mirage

- Guardian Crusader

No it was'ns shining tears

i already played the game and even finished it

shining tears have black hair main characters too

btw the game play was nearly similar to a game play and graphics called Zwei of Arges

Haha yeah it have similarity but in shining tears you used a ring power called ring of dragon i recall , the ring come in a pair and if two people wearing it, their battle potential will maxed by 10 times. i even still remember the story.

the only part i remember was both the boy and girl was in a cavern with yellow mud

the tutorial explained that there is two enemies , a blue coloured and pink coloured

The boy can only defeat the blue and can't do any damage to the pink enemy and vice versa with the girl

If you want to know how the hell i know the boy and girl trapped in 1 body, it was just my vague memory and maybe can be wrong. I saw the dialogue beetwen them, the background have white tree like it was their soul space or something and there's light on their body(i think the scene happened when they fight a very strong guy antagonist).

I also feel weird why they add the weird mechanic blue can only be defeated by boy and pink can be defeated by the girl, why not make 2 party system instead making you can switch beetwen the boy and girl(and it have cool down time too , so you need to use it wisely).

just to be safe,i checked it on youtube about the gameplay and story

to be honest i know the slayers anime, but never know it have a game.

"star ocean till the end of time" mc have blue hair but the gameplay was to advanced than the game i described.

also i know star ocean second story in ps 1, but it was'nt the game, sorry

star ocean first departure err it was based on original star ocean on SNES( i don;t own the console), i also checked the story and game play, it have blue haired mc and pink haired girl but no, it did'nt fit at all (also the pink girl was a healer, and her main weapon is staff)

Okay. 1 more thing. Is it translated version (English language) or original version (Japanese language)?

i believe it was translated

the one who buy it was my big brother , he was 7 years older(around 18-19 years old) than me at that time and was quite smart(he even go to english private school) so i am sure he only buy a translated game . Btw he don't remember, i even asking him yesterday and he told me lol we have ps 1 and 2 ?
