LEGO Games That Needs to Be Made

What, in your opinion, are LEGO games that needs to be made? Recently we're just seeing the same ideas and nothing that is freshing on the table, like the recent LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and now the upcoming LEGO DC: Super-Villains. Sure LEGO The Incredibles is even somewhat a surprising title, but it doesn't feel like much (to me at least).

So games that I think should be made (and by that not having to split each game-based or movie-based LEGO game to sequels just to make more and more money):

LEGO Max Payne: you can easily put all three games in one and it will be terrific.
LEGO Mad Max: Mad Max can be a huge open-world LEGO game, plus there are four films.
LEGO Blade Runner: sure only two films, but this game can another huge open-world.
LEGO Half Life: We're talking like six titles - there's a lot to play.

Wonder how they would do the story of Samson, especially at the end where he's chained between those two pillars. (Sorry, had to go there!)

Could it have been a rights issue? Some legal issue that caused further production to be... blocked?

That Ghostbusters remake set barely makes money for LEGO Dimensions. It's one of the reasons why WB Games decided not to support LEGO Dimensions anymore in the future.
