Does Final Destination count as horror? TV guides label it as such but there isn't really a monster/killer on the loose so not sure.

Either way, I liked 6 quite a lot, you don't get jumpscared per say because you see a lot of things gone haywire and are left in suspense waiting too see exactly how wrong will it turn out.
You know something will happen, but don't know what, you're not entirely caught off guard.
The witch

Room1408 ( it has one or two jumpscares)

Resident evil movies (i love them all, shut up :d)

30 days of night

Pans labyrinth (more like dark fantasy than horror)

The Hash Slinging Slasher Round 2

The Final Destination movies are classified as supernatural horror.

To be honest every horror movie has at least 1 jumpscare in it

To an extent. It would also come down to personal definetion of what a jumpscare would be, if lets say a window breaks in a scene and scares the protagnist and is supposed to scare the audience.. in context of the film I wouldnt really recognize that as a jumpscare. I can go into more examples but I feel like personal description of a jumpscare is important and self explanatory. There are a whoole host of good movies listed here (some ive seen) that do not have jumpscares. Atleast nothing that I would consider it, if there are they are probably well designed enough to build your expectations up so that it cant be recognized as a clear "jumpscare" .

Im watching the cube right now, as someone mentioned above (its on netflix thats why) and so far no jumpscares and I have 20 minutes left. Its also a PRETTY solid movie, I dig it.
Rob Zombie has a knack for it.

House of 1000 Corpses, etc.
Hardware (M.A.R.K. 13 robot movie)
nowait thats got jumpscares

oh...
"They Live"
It Follows.
Get Out.
Raw.
Teeth.
Bone Tomahawk with kurt russel, most of the horror scenes occurs at the end of the film. Most people who watch it "from what ive seen" consider it to be one of the best horror films out their and it does not rely on jump scares. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZbwtHi-KSE

The Cabin in the Woods
Silent Hill (2006)
The Mist (2007)
The Conjuring 1 & 2
The VVitch
Get Out
The Cure for Wellness

There are jumpscares in pretty much every horror movie but those relay a lot on good story and atmosphere as well.

I'd reccommend The Shining, but IDK if that has jumpscares.
This movie is less of a horror and more of a psychological thriller. The movie is called The Haunter. It is a ghost story seem from the perspective of the ghost. Very well done movie.

Terrifying what someone like Hitler could do with social media.
I think you missed the point of that movie.
The blair witch project was pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary when it first came out. No jump scares just old ominous vibes

also i guess signs the one with the aliens and the news reports and the crop circles and the priest. Scared the every loving ♥♥♥♥ out of me when i first saw it as a child.
Strangler vs Strangler. It's an old Yugoslav film, very similar to Friday the 13th in some cases, but was still enjoyable. Not that scary, but amusing enough to keep me watching.
