The entire anime is like some neckbeard's fantasy come to life. He has like 12 love interests, including his own sister. The main character, who is emo, and his wife Nicole Arbor literally survive everything because they have the world's thickest plot armor known to man.

He had like 3 dude, unless you're talking about the second season which i didn't see. He wasn't in love with his sister which was his step sister i think, but she liked him, i found it weird though so i stopped watching.

It's an anime, of course they don't.

In the second season, and even the first, he had way more than 3 girls that were somehow slightly romantically(?) involved with him. Even in the second season, he had some weird relationship / tension with the nurse watching over him during the second arc.

I don't know why I kept on watching. Spite? Anger? I hated every second of it, yet I finished the entire series.

There was no pleasure involved. I was probably just guilty that I started watching it in the first place.
