Cigar smoking?
Got a JFR cigar as a gift and I've never smoked one before, is it worth a first time try?
Or should i just toss it in the trash?

I have my reasons. Im a long time smoker. Ive cut about 20 years off my clock. This thread was a gross curiosity. Id wonder if the OP had the basic cognitive skills to say no to tobacco. I look at responses, and made a passive aggressive comment. I could of ignored this sure, but maybe a bit of me cares about your life, and would hope you never spark that first puff.

Or maybe Im a ♥♥♥♥.

To be fair, those 20 years were the ones you would have spent in a walker or wheelchair in a nursing home. :^)
If you die of lung cancer, sure it'll really suck, but at least it won't be as long as rotting for 10 years in a nursing home while your family gradually stops seeing you.

I want dimensia. I think I'd make each day a new adventure. I'll never have that joy. Because smoking. I've lost half my teeth, my lungs don't function well. It's why I waste so much on steam. My life is wasted.

If you want to try it, try it. If not, don't. It's only one cigar, it won't kill you...

A cigar as a gift to a non smoker... sounds like your being trolled by this person. But if you smoke it, don't inhale and try to look cool smoking it. Pretend to be a mafia boss.

the police will surely not like that
Big fat cigars are gross and make you feel sick.
Skinny cigars are kind of nice.

Anyway, toss it away.

Smoke a dried stem of tall grass from the side of the road instead! I have smoked them and they taste WONDERFUL! I also smoke the woody stem of plants from time to time. I love the taste of smoking wood!! I have smoked a huge joint of 100% pure printer paper too.

You're probably not going to enjoy your first time, and it is a bad habit to get into, but don't throw it away. Give it as a gift to someone who likes cigars. It's more valuable that way.

Cigars can be enjoyable but if you dont smoke anything you are unlikely to enjoy it. If you dont partake in nictotine products of somekind I would recommend only smoking a very small ammount and making sure to not actually inhale or hold in the smoke other wise your world will literally spin. Im no cigar affacianado but if that is a high quality cigar youll want to cut it right and lit off something proper like a match and not a zippo or a bic to get the best out of it.

If you are really interested Id recommend finding your local smokers shop they will help you enjoy it properly and will probably be happy to do so.

You never inhale a cigar, you're not supposed to.

no, you inhale the smoke, not the cigar.

Smoke it if you want to try something new, pass it on if you don't like the idea of smoking

You're not supposed to inhale the smoke from a cigar, either, unless you wanna feel like you just poured acid into your lungs.

Mouth-only puffs, and all.
