It's obvious after watching it for a minute that it's definitely a Japanese game about America / US. It really gives the game a kind of uncanny valley feeling to everything.

But hey, it's quite fun and the cheesiness of it is like the cherry on top.
My friend and I tried coop for the first time last night. I dressed up like a hoe, we kept bashing each other with objects (and reviving / healing our mortal wounds with potato chips and coffee creamer), he killed the pharmacist at the store for no reason and then we let Katey zombify while we, her two clone dads, threw folding chairs at each like a special-Olympics edition of WWE.
Fun times...
