SWAT 4 Not Working?

I know SWAT isn't on Steam but I was wondering if y'all could help me out.
So before on Windows 8 with a normal resolution monitor (1366x768), SWAT 4 ran completely fine. But now on my Windows 10 gaming PC on a ultrawide monitor (2560x1080), SWAT 4 won't open up properly. Upon clicking the PLAY button (I use the GOG client), the window would open up with a black screen and some of the main menu audio would be audible, but the game would continuoisly transfer from fullscreen to windowed mode, forcing me to turn off my computer to escape the never ending cycle of some sort of resolution / new hardware issue. All feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Use FlawlessWidescreen.
