Why is Roblox getting so much hate?

I know the community is bad and all, but aside from that, the game is quite well made, and can be used to learn programming, or make profit from your roblox creations.

Toxic kids mainly. They also seemed to do a good job of limiting a lot of it to how much money you have eg: bloxburg costs roblox to join. I used to play it for tycoons and phantom forces with my younger brother but after the general abuse i got just for tycoon games (i don't partake in the pvp aspect of it) I don't enjoy it anymore and rarely play it.

The game creating side is good but it would probably be easier to just follow java tutorials or python tutorials as a beginner.

It does have its faults, but overall it does have some great games that I could still enjoy playing. Though, I don't play it anymore since 2 of the games I enjoyed were removed or filled with cheaters and a dying playerbase.

Apocalypse Rising was no doubt my favorite game on ROBLOX.

Mostly because of its recent increase in popularity.

To be fair to roblox though, it was always terrible, its what you play when you wanna waste time, but have no money.

So, in other words, the perfect game for broke kids.
