what are you trying to do make some anime undies,Or try to cover up the brownstreak railroad?
If you're trying to buy the railroad out of buiness use a bit of lemon and scrub it while washing (if its hand wash) if it isnt just put it in the washer on heavy duty with a couple extra ounces of soap.

If your trying to be a anime girl, Just calmp them down firmly with some small straight rectangle cookiecutter-isk things calmped down too on the spot you want stripes to were liquid wont leak and just do it you fility weeb,or thats my best guess...

also quit eating so much indian food or taco bell if your that bad.
