they were the game company that created a lot of classic tv show and movie based video games, including spongebob: battle for bikini bottom, cars the video game, and more.

they made a lot of these games during the ps2/xbox/gamecube era, and these games they made during this time were considered some of the best in their franchises.

Yeah vaguely. Now that I think about it, I haven't seen any new THQ games. Lemme google and see if they're still around.

well the original company shutdown due to bankruptcy, but a company known as nordic games bought thq assets and renamed to THQ nordic.

They now speak with a Scandinavian accent. Even brought home some of the old THQ games when they picked up Deep Silver a little bit ago.
