Why is white chocolate so uncommon?
It's so yummy, why is it so hard to find?

Kind of true... it doesn't have cocoa solids, only cocoa butter.

I dont tend to see it as infrequently as the others where I live. Though basically half the chocolate companies have some sort of white variant here.

It's extremely common where I live. In fact every supermarket will more then likely have them.

Lets be real here. there are so many companies out there that sells chocolatt and cheaper ones dont tend to go darker chocolate rather then brown chocolate, let alone having white chocolate.
something to do with the process of making those i want to guess?

I'm annoyed that the supermarket here sells Lindt (Swiss chocolate) but only in dark chocolate varieties and not milk chocolate.

White chocolate with Vanilla added to it is horrible. Why add vanilla to chocolate?

I don't hate white chocolate, it's tasty. Some of my family definitely love it. I just prefer bitter one, like 70% cacao included.

Less demand really, though it's ironically cheaper to produce than dark or regular milk chocolate. White chioclate is simply chocolate with so lit6tle chocolate that it doesn't even have the colour of it.

It's basically the equivalebnt of decaf diet low carb coke/pepsi. What you;'re mostly tasting is the sweateners they use in normal choclate with just a hint of the good stuff. Me I personally go for dark. I can't really tolerate any chocolate below 70% cocoa.
