Heavy Rain is very slow paced to point I fell asleep with controller in hand. I like Beyond Two Souls more that was wierd and awh poor girl.
Until Dawn is a cheesy throw back to cheesy horror movies and plays like an interactive story. Fun, but nothing special.
Amazing at first, but take down the umpteenth giant robot and it does get old. That game does drag on far beyond necessary so I gave up. I perfered beating Mass Effect Andromeda and that game took 100 hours and it has a lot of issues.
- Personally, no. Not at all. They sacrificed so much gameplay for the sake of "walking and talking" sections, and they're basically 70% of the game. Only fun part was winter season part, because game finally decided to let me play it. I've played story heavy games before, but this one was the most boring one out of them all.
not even close.
Welll I am the go off and do everything sort of gamer so for some one like me HZD dragged. I will beat it someday maybe in 6 months or a years time. I just need a very long break from it.
I haven't played them, obviously.
However, some of those -- and that's just from the ones I know of, as I don't specifically care about the console markets -- would make it onto my shopping list if they decided to port them.
So, from my personal perspective, those games are good. Whether or not they end up "thumb-up" after playing them -- I can't tell.
My favorite PS4 exclusives are Bloodborne, and Gran Turismo Sport.
I haven't played the new God Of War yet. Is it really as good as people say it is?
Nice. :)
Uncharted has a thrilling story about ancient treasures and old friends turned enemies. While the game does feature recurring villains, you don't need to have played the previous games to know who's the bad guy and why they're the bad guy, and the same goes for the good guys. Gunplay can feel a bit clunky at times, but it's easy to acclimate to the controls. The game features some absolutely stunningly beautiful cityscapes and environments. Without getting too deep into it so I don't spoil too much, you'll see some extremely diverse environments and encounter some very intense and very, very fun sequences of action.
The Last of Us has a deeper, twisting, turning, and brutal storyline that shocks the player at some times and makes them dang near cry at other points. I've played through the storyline twice so far, and I'd play through it more if I still owned the game. The gunplay in this game is very good and felt very natural to me. A gun sounds like a gun, including a reverberating echo that attracts clickers and human opponents to your location. Guns (and the accompanying bullets) are rare things to be cherished and used only in desperate situations, which is why the mains weapons you'll be using in The Last of Us are either melee weapons such as shivs, or a 2x4, or they're silent killers such as bow n' arrow. Due to the "zombies" in The Last of Us being sound-dependant, this creates heart stopping moments and enthralling fights.
The multiplayer of both games is quite enjoyable, although I prefer The Last of Us's MP due to it being more strategic in nature, along with having a settlement that you need to supply by fighting in 5v5 multiplayer battles in which you respawn.
