Which password managers work with 'desktop' apps?
If you look at password managers that work with Windows, the problem is that they are browser plugins so you don't know if they will play ball with desktop apps (win32), the Steam client is an example of a win32 app.

Lastpass makes you pay $2 USD a month to work with desktop apps and Keepass can autofill apps if setup correctly.

Basically what I'm saying is that it is not clearly obvious what other password managers work with desktop apps, even when you go to their site and read the plans.

What suggestions do you have? (with proof if you can)

uh, i just use KeePass and it's offline, open-source, non-cloud, non-browser, and can installed on pretty much anything from my desktop to a usb stick to my phone. it works for every site and application i've ever used it for.

actually just carve it into the plastic
Just write them on a piece of paper.
Literally nobody can hack it and it'll always be in whatever safe place you put it.

Even if it's so safe you can't find it again.
