"Deekin sees dead people."
I always say I’ll give em a shot eventually but yea, .. backlogs.
Good on ya for promoting a game you love and one with such history. I hope it goes well and turns out to be something I’d play rather than buy and instantly toss in the dustbin because of store addiction.
The game was truly special, mostly because of the toolset and the amount of content people have managed to create with it. If the EE version revives the community and brings new map-makers in, then it would be like a dream come true.
The main issue I had with the original NWN 1 is how inconvenient the interface is in large resolutions: the text is too tiny. If that alone is fixed, I will gladly replay all the official campaigns, plus some of my favorite user-made campaigns (Demonheart, yaaaay!).
As far as using the toolset goes, I've sadly moved to the visual novel creation world, so I probably won't return to the glorious days of tinkering with it - but it still warms my heart to see that it's coming back.
