It helped me find out I wasn't alone, that others felt this way. Thankfully, unlike left eye a book on possession and negative beings taught me a trick so I no longer felt the feelings of terror. And could no longer be affected.
That stuff is a bunch of wash of course, but the method it taught still worked and after a few times I was free after a whole childhood of randomly feeling a negative presence near me and feeling insane levels of fear and dread from it.
