So I started mining with NiceHash and when ever I hit "start mining" it says no devices are enabled and it wont let me benchmark anything. Can some one help me with the problem.

There already was one just a couple of days before; a sustained crash with a quick drop, followed by rebounds & bleeding, finished by a lower low. Seems to be recovering though, doubt this is the end of this wave of crypto craze.

Anyway, I agree that the OP will probably just be wasting their time if they mine with only one PC. Mining consumes a lot of power as well, which will offset whatever “earnings” one can enjoy even more.

You can just as easily blame the people purchasing cards with the intention of flipping for a 30-40% profit. In the end it all comes down to greed anyway.

Yeah, but GPU prices are high because of them. I'd be fine with miners if it didn't affect the prices so much. However, the only good thing that can come out of this is the crypto currency crashing and people selling their cards, which will be significantly lower in price
