Is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Now a Swear Word?

Do i have to call it the "R word" from now on? And how is "♥♥♥♥♥♥" a swear word but "retarded" is not? Isn't it basically the same thing? The non-swear one is just has an -ed in it's end and it's magically a completely okay word! Just think of it like this:Piss= bad word -Pissed= bad word
