And why do they have to be high level? Because the ones who can't bother farming/paying for cards are pitiful or something? Or because you just feel like you're hanging out with popular people, even though nobody really is?

So the OP is saying users with high steam levels are better... Why ?

What about a user who account is over 10 years old and who owns 1000 games and spend a fortune at that but doesn't bother with leveling up but still level 14.

They are users who have profiles less than 6 months old but are level 60 because instead of spending on games, they spend on cheap trading cards.
