Im watching a hunter on twitch right now raiding a house.. its so cool, yet scary at the same time

Not all bounty hunters carry weapons, and they are typically just for intimidation. If you shoot your target, that's a botched job.

Still. When a bounty hunter which doesn't have any authority tries to play vigilante cop then that's guaranteed to provoke the criminal a lot more than it would have if it was a cop.

I disagree. Folks tend to reason more with other folks than with a badge and gun. Cops roll up on you, you're already on edge. Private security looking guy comes up to you, might catch ya off guard.
