If you didn't blow your tyres, then a minute of cars bumping each other and one would go spiraling out of control off that cliff.

Probably less than a minute. Depending on the car and the impact, you may break something important on the first nudge. Bump a front wheel and you'd bend the steering or suspension.

Car physics in the Fast and Furious movies.
I have not watched a Fast and furious movie.

Do you have an example of a moment where they get physics wrong?

Some tanks are pretty fast.... That tank type probably isn't that fast though.

Anyone remember the safe towing in Fast Five? Apparently that is a long tradition since the Age of Exploration 16th century. In Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales Jack's gang is towing an entire building using nothing more than 9 horse power

Robots and Walkers. As a nerd I take this personally, so please forgive me a small rant.

Walking robots are a terrible idea, as proven time and time again. Tracked and Wheeled robots are more stable, faster, more mechanically reliable, simpler, have better all-terrain ability, the list goes on and on.

Robot Wars proves it perfectly. Forgive me for saying, but walking robots often look like they're having a seizure. They stumble and twitch around the arena, and often do more damage to themselves. While tracked robots have at least twice the top speed, instant acceleration and high-speed cornering to match.

Battlebots Wrecks proving just what a terrible idea walking robots are, by commiting suicide using it's own sawblade.

Why have we been wasting our time racing CARS?! Clearly a tank is a much faster platform!

Yea but it's kinda odd that the muscle cars were slower than the tank in this scene. By the looks of it, these muscle cars are customised.

I think you can blame Transformers for the walking robots idea, although they do have a vehicle mode...

How about spiderlike-robots with 6+ mecha limbs? they are as good at terrain traversal as tracks and can continue function if one of them is destroyed unlike tank with a busted track.

I think it has more to do with robots often being characters of their own in addition to humans. It's easier for audiences to relate something that's a bit more human like in appearance.
