Anyone else find those league of legends ads on youtube extremely obnoxious?

You know the ones, crappy stick figure animations with crappy voice acting? I don't understand why they keep peddling that ad around because it's made me even MORE reluctant to play LoL than I already was

At least DotA doesn't insult their playerbase. Lol is a bright and colorful simple moba for simple people. These commercials reflect that.

Ah yes of course, I'll get right on to finding something that's only funny to children and animals hilarious. How dare I find an obnoxiously tone deaf "funny" video to be stupid.
You are aware that comedy is subjective, no? Or is that bit of common sense not as common as I thought. I find things funny that actually have thought put into being funny. I liken these ads to the Pauls brothers. Dumb, loud and with a childish sense of humor that's so comically out of touch it's astounding why people like them.
If you think it's as simple as getting a sense of humor then you, my friend, are a fool.
(Or twelve years old, one of the two)

I remember getting banned 24h for "ggwp" at the end, i played 23/0/3.... "bad manners"

I write "gg ez" and nothing is happening.

I got a friend permanentbanned there for boosting his account from gold to platinum in like two or three days by winning 25 wins in a row playing Gangplank. But obvious boosters receive nothing. We basically shared the same IP during this time.

I once used a large collection of raical slurs and recieved a lifetime ban.

not gonna lie, i play league and it lowkey triggers me when people call league stupid when they just cant admit they either cant be bothered to learn it or are too dumb to, or i guess they dont like competitive games

the ads are meant to be funny, and to some extent they are (as a player i understand the jokes) but they fail to captivate that for a potential player

as a gamer, i wish YouTube would stop wasting their and my time showing me League of Legends ads. it's getting to the point of anger

They fed like 20+ a day of LoL ads (about 5 differently animated ones) to my little cousin... I think they just target 'gamers' in an age range, in a certain time frame, and pump it out to the same small group over and over. So if you get targeted, it's likely to be multiple times.

He actually complained about it to me asking for an ad blocker, haha. Don't they know he plays Fortnite, not LoL!
