3 I prefer a slice of bread with cheese/bacon/tomato or something like that over cereals, except on very hot days (where I tend to have little appetite). On those days cereals with cold milk and just a hint of sugar or honey aren't too filling and can be quite refreshing.

3. It gets pretty cold in Canada in the Winter (-40C which is about -40F) so it's nice to have a hearty, warm bowl of Oatmeal with some warm melted butter toast with ice cold milk from a bag in the morning mmmm
