is quickscoping cheap?

In alot of games like cod and tf2 quickscoping is a thing since there is no need to camp, since by quickscoping you will be more unpredictable and just be taking shots when you will 1 shot them (in most cases). Do you think that is fair and if you do please post your reason.

Yes and no, it's cheap in games that make it too easy (CoD), but otherwise I just find it annoying.

Idk what game that is, was actually referring to Bo2 when I played it. That game looks unbalanced imo.

scoped shots shouldnt do more damage and the auccracy shouldnt immedatly imrove

No. It's just another way to play the game. The only thing is, some people are better at it than others obviously, so when they die and get frustrated they will complain.
