Nooo, please, for the love of Mavis, just no! Even if my native language is other than English, i myself cannot stand any other subbing attempt! It is a real catastrophe!
Let alone dub... When i was a child, the first anime series to be displayed on TV for the first time in European locale (such as "Ninja Boy" or that robots fighting "Jumaru something"), they were turned into real parodies, through local dubbing and pitiful translation attempts...
