It really depends on the mouth movements and which voice I feel goes better with the character and the skill of the voice actor, after that is all factored in it's usually dub. I really really hate anime girl voices...

1 and 2, it depends on the show.

Because you guys only know German "RTL II Dubs" who was almost always censored (Dialogues, Blood, Fanservice) and anything what you can imagine. Also RTL II had only shown the very popular Shounen these days (Naruto, Dragonball (Z/GT), Inu Yasha, One Piece) and some other popular stuff (almost only child shows) like Yu-Gi-Oh, Sailor Moon or Dinosaur King.

If you would try a "real" German Dub (if you are able to understand it) like Chuunibyou, Yosuga no Sora or whatever Fairy Tail you probably would change your opinion.
well i actually never watched anime in german. but what suprised me the most was that when i''m in germany, they even dub acted movies.

I only watch anime in old Welsh
i can imagine that to sound amazing.
1 and 2

Some shows, like Cowboy BeBop and Space Dandy, have better dubs.
Only Number 1 is correct. All others are terrible mistakes.

3 is fine too if the sub makers know what they are doing

English because hearing Japanese makes me feel dead inside a lot of times.

Nooo, please, for the love of Mavis, just no! Even if my native language is other than English, i myself cannot stand any other subbing attempt! It is a real catastrophe!

Let alone dub... When i was a child, the first anime series to be displayed on TV for the first time in European locale (such as "Ninja Boy" or that robots fighting "Jumaru something"), they were turned into real parodies, through local dubbing and pitiful translation attempts...

I still have nightmares, Hayateee!

Only 2 for me, prefer hearing my own language instead of reading fast moving text across the bottom of a screen instead of paying attention to the characters.

Dubbed anime is clearly the best as you can see from this example

lelouch of the rebellion was better in dub
