You could ditch that and draw on a piece of paper > scan/take photo > bring it into the computer > editing software > colour and edit it
To make that thing really effective, you need skills and proper equipments
If the pen is bad quality and right handed, then you'll have a hard time doing stuff
But I think you could still draw on it by making sketches and redraw ontop of the sketches using mouse ( With the pen tool in photoshop because it's way easier and precise )

So far, I've personally found them to be the most realistic and natural. Pretty much everything you can do on a real art canvas, you can do digitally in their software. It's so good, that quite a few art schools are using that to teach their students and it's ArtRage Lite version comes with some tablets (worth getting the Full, if a serious artist). It's much cheaper than other products, but gives a lot.
They should be able to help you out with your questions about art too. The most friendliest artist social network I've come across. They would know what's best to use and will help you out even if you don't use their software.

Navigate to and touch Apps.
Touch Settings.
Swipe to and touch About device.
Check it's version (P905VVRUBOH1 = Android version 5.1.1 / but P905VVRUANB1 would be Android version 4.4.2 and in need of updating, etc)
Under Settings.
Swipe to and touch System updates.
Touch Check for new system update.
Make sure it's running the latest at least.
you get artrage for free with those wacom intous tablets right?
do you have experience with wacom products?
i like that that got censored. XD why...
i'll look it up, thanks for the suggestion.
And still use it!
Dont buy new tablet as your first. Youll need alot of practice and you can damage and scratch its surface in training process. I have been creating digital art since 2011 at least and I still dont feel ready to buy some big fancy super duper new tablet, because i treat this as a side hobby. I will buy it as soon as I feel I can dedicate more and feel Ive improved.
And like you have said yourself, ''i want to start digital art''
Which means to me you havent even properly started.
Get yourself some pain tool SAI free trial, and start doodling. You may come up with inspiration as you go.
EDITED: The above post in regards to software version on your Galaxy Note Pro. Suggest checking that first.
I have a little experience with wacom (hate their website and support, utter rubbish, but the products are okay when working correctly).
Yes, you get ArtRage Lite free with Wacom Intous Tablets. I registered that and used it to get 30% discount coupon off upgrading it to full ArtRage 5.
For accuracy, the Apple pencil is pretty good too.
So if youre discouraged just because of tablet or not, dont focus too much on it.
Drawing is alot fun with mouse as well, although it takes alot more time.
But even though I have tablet I draw with mouse sometimes because it looks cleaner.
One other thing to try is actually placing a piece of paper on top of your Tablet to draw upon with the stylist. Some tablets allow this and it gives you a more realistic feel without the slip. It really depends on the tablet to how it reacts, but worth a try.
IMO, the Intuos line is totally worth it. I went with a cheap tablet when I first started and regretted it within the first week of owning it. Fortunately, I managed to get my large Intuos 4 tablet from Amazon Warehouse for $250, which was a really great deal considering they cost about $500 at the time.
If you're looking to save some money and don't need a large tablet, then you can get the small Intuos, without bluetooth, for $80 directly from Wacom's website or from Amazon.
If you really want to drain your wallet, though, you can get a Wacom Cintiq monitor. Bascially, it's a monitor and tablet rolled into one. Very expensice, especially the 27" version. The 27" model, with touch, is on sale for $2,400 right now. Without touch, it's $1,900. Never used one, but they seem really cool.
thanks for the answer. i'm indeed considering to buy a smaller one. i'm waiting a few days to see if i'll change my mind and how the prices fluxuate.
the reviews for those wacom products though. haven't found a single negative one. almost unrealistic XD.
