Why I hate rap.
Rap nowadays is all about the same♥♥♥♥♥♥ Boobies, female private parts, drugs, money, and much more that will get me banned if I mention.

Not only that, sometimes you can't even understand what they are saying. For example, this song called Candy Paint, my brother used to listen to it, and there was a specific part that I couldn't understand, so I had to search up the lyrics to see what he said. Turns out he said "kick in your door" but he said it like "kiki yo tono".

Trust me there's much more songs he listens to that I can't understand.

Not to mention some of them are just the same lyrics over and over again. Such as Lil' Pump's "Gucci Gang" the lyrics are literally "Gucci Gang Gucci Gang Gucci Gang Gucci Gang" and then a few words about drugs and a girl he ♥♥♥♥ed and then repeat until the end of the song.

And there's also a few more songs I've heard like that.

Although I tend to not like actual music at all, especially Rap, old school Rap is way better.

Candy paint isn’t a rap song and the other you mentioned was Lil ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pump so maybe listen to some other new artists and also join my group toxic toads we will assist you with recommendations of artists you should listen to

You live in the best time ever in history to listen to music, you can 100% ignore this.

Rap music hasnt changed, music in the 90s had just as much women degradation and drug talk as it does now. Tupac had a song literally called "I Get Around", dont act like rap in the 90s was gospel music because it was just as raunchy. Its just now since the internet is a thing. These rappers like Lil Pump get easy, almost instant exposure. Trust me, there were A L O T of bad rappers in the 90's but they never got the light of day because you had to go through record labels to get any kind of exposure. Now you can upload a song on soundcloud, get a nice instrumental and tweet it at a few rappers or have a producer post it and someone is bound to listen to it and give you attention.

There is PLENTY of good rap on the internet, you have to actually search for it though rather than just listen to what the radio plays.

Also sidenote usually in a song when the words are repeated like "gucci gang x3 or x4" its what is called a chorus. Im not too sure if you understand song structure at all but this is common and has been for a while.. Not to mention Lil Pump is a pretty shallow artist and what ive seen alot of his songs are just extended choruses. He sucks but im not annoyed by his success, I get it.

It's just radio music in general - Of course it's gonna be crap.

You don't need any sort of musical talent in today's industry. Make a somewhat catchy lyric, which even that has gone out the window in the past 8 years roughly, have an interesting AKA ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid look, just look at Lil Pump with the 20 year old mops that's been used to clean up brothels. (Seriously get a haircut, you look ridiculous) After all that, you've got a good shot at being a top star.

The common folk don't want music that makes you think, has any meaning, or anything like that. They want to stay in their bubble, and not face reality. They would rather be spoonfed fake ideals and feelings. People are getting stupider.

Turn off the radio.

nah lots of them are generic trap hip hop songs but trap is it's own genre, mainstream rappers just take advantage of it

Saddly some rap, while it is very good and speaks to the disenfranchised, and has at times glorified lifestyles that are not good for the individual or culture, just like any music, but rap in particular, there is still a positive and empowering message in a lot of rap music, and some underground rappers rap about things like politics and spirituality etc. that educates and opens minds. There's a lot of bad music in any genre though. I find there's a lot of music I like that I might not like to share because of the negative implications. Here's another song by an underground rapper I like, who has a pretty interesting style and enlightened and knowledgable lyrics.

but if you have any problems with eminem, face it up with me!!!

look guys im 17 and i listen to music from the 1970's all the way through till now. people can critisize, i dont care about that, its the fact that no one sees the good songs that there are, there are so many haters out there that highly disaprove of rap. yes rap can inflict drug and/or alcohole problems but thats there problem, unless its affecting you than you really dont have anything to complain about. you are entitled to your own opinion and so am I. but if you dont look for the good things in bad situations then you wont get anywere in life.
