Anyone else miss the Deadliest Warrior tv show?
It was a cool reality show that pitted 2 different combat groups against each other in a hypothetical battle. They test weapons, tactics, etc. and put the data in a simulator to see who wins.

No. I thought it was interesting at first, but the show became ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ not far into it. From the people arguing their side like they're actually knights and pirates, to the bogus simulation program based on who has "edge" for each weapon comparison because the host thought this weapon was cooler.

Then they started pitting ridiculous combos like al Capone and his mafia against Jesse James and his cowboys, like seriously 6 shooter revolvers and hunting knives against Tommy guns lol. And the guys arguing the mafia side saying they're mafia guys and telling about these secrets of the mafia, yeah right, if you weren't full of ♥♥♥♥ you'd be dead.

The only part that stayed consistently cool and interesting was the weapon tests on the human gel dummy things. That was awesome.

But show became too much up it's own ass relatively quickly.
