Wow, this tomb raider movie looks terrible

Nothing wrong with the actress that portrays Lara Croft. It's just that they producers or the studio could've went with someone more resemle to Lara Croft.

I watched the assassin's creed movie and god that movie sucks as hell. Video game companies just doesn't know how to hire some good writers and a director for this certain movie. Even if actors and actressess are good at potraying with the characters, the cinematography and the plot still matters. I'll watch the new animated film of spiderman from sony instead because it looks promising.

I fear how the Half Life and Portal films will turn out, giving J.J. Abraham wants to be in the production.

Never played a tomb raider game before so i can't say much about the game..

However it's a movie based off a game so i can easily say it's probably garbage..



Edit: i will say though... hating a movie just because the actress/actor in it isn't attractive is pathetic and stupid..

You should research all the previous Lara characters in games and films out a bit and you will come to the conclusion that invalidates your point. It might seem stupid to you, but it is a selling point of the character; the characters sex appeal and it has always been. Even the most recent Rise of the tomb raider continues that trend.
