"Dab" -- really asinine, but not unprecedented to have a silly "move" become popular. Old people remember when "jazz hands" was a thing, long before TV even existed. That was stupid too.

When i was a kid i thought only cool people know memes and use it but as time goes by i just hated them because it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid, for example the avengers meme you just put some random picture and slap one of those reaction from the avengers and gets thousand of likes even if the picture doesnt make any sense

Some people can meme, and make it funny. Too many people can't and should not try. Not everyone can be a joke-writer, or a comedian. In fact most people can't. Leave that trade to the experts.
